This weekend (20th – 21st Aug) the 5th Spen Valley Squirrel’s had their first sleepover at Bradley Wood Campsite Brighouse.
This is the first Squirrel Sleepover within Spen Valley, so is a fantastic achievement for the the leaders and helpers at the 5th Spen Valley.
10 Squirrels, 3 leaders and plenty of parent helpers all arrived at Bradley Wood on Saturday afternoon and the young people took part in lots of different activities from Cave Bus, Cresta Run, Low Ropes, and of course had a mini campfire and toasted marshmallows.
The Squirrels were all so well-behaved and enjoyed the whole weekend. Well done to everyone involved in making this happen.
